2. Annealing atmosphere. Usually, pure hydrogen is used as the annealing atmosphere. The best purity of the atmosphere is more than 99.99%. If another part of the atmosphere is inert gas, the purity can be lower, but it must not be rich in excessive oxygen and water vapor.
3. Furnace body tightness. The bright light annealing furnace should be closed and blocked from outside air; hydrogen is used as the maintenance gas, as long as one exhaust port is open (used to light the discharged hydrogen). Check the method to use soapy water on the joints of the annealing furnace to see if it can run out of gas; the simplest place to run out of gas is the place where the annealing furnace enters the industrial pure titanium plate tube and the place where the industrial pure titanium plate tube exits. This local sealing ring is extremely simple to wear, so you have to check it often and change it frequently.
4. Maintain the air pressure. In order to avoid micro-leakage, the maintenance gas in the high-temperature industrial pure titanium plate furnace should adhere to a certain positive pressure. If it is hydrogen maintenance gas, it usually requires more than 20kBar.
5. Water vapor in the furnace. On the one hand, check whether the furnace body data is boring, the furnace body data must be dried for the initial installation of the furnace; second, whether the industrial pure titanium plate tube entering the furnace can leave too much water stains, if there is a hole on the extra tube, don’t Don’t leak water, otherwise the atmosphere of the furnace will be completely destroyed.
