Our brands – TSM Titanium, TSM NiAlloy, and TSM Fasteners – provide specialized material solutions, backed by rigorous testing, global sourcing, and technical support.

TSM Technology focuses on providing a comprehensive range of factory products, including tubes, welded pipes and fittings, flanges, rods, forgings and fasteners (bolts, screws, nuts, washers, custom). Our product range also includes high-quality nickel alloy materials such as Monel, Inconel, Incoloy and Hastelloy.TSM Technology’s materials are widely used in heat exchangers, condensers, power plants, seawater desalination, chlor-alkali production, and oil and gas pipelines, providing critical strength, corrosion resistance, and performance in harsh environments. 


Our Titanium and Nickel alloy products meet or exceed ASTM/ASME, EN, AMS, GOST, JIS, and DIN international standards. We offer advanced capabilities, including melting, rolling, heat treatment, cutting, grinding, straightening, and testing, ensuring we deliver not only materials but also trusted solutions.

Diameter range: 20mm – 1500mm (supports 5-axis CNC precision machining)
Piece weight: ≤5 tons (customization is acceptable for special needs)
Non-standard solutions: support prototype development of complex geometric structures

Advanced forming technology

Free forging: suitable for the production of large, special-shaped parts, the forming tolerance can be controlled within ±1.5mm 

Die forging: specially designed for high-precision batch parts, with a dimensional tolerance of ±0.8mm
Ring rolling: For high-end applications such as seamless pressure vessel components, precision ring rolling technology is used, and the forming tolerance can be accurate to ±0.5mm

 High-purity material guarantee

Primary melting: vacuum induction melting (VIM)
Secondary refining: electroslag remelting (ESR)
Purity standard: Ni ≥ 99.6% (ASTM B160), oxygen content ≤ 80ppm, nitrogen content ≤ 50ppm

Full process quality inspection

Ultrasonic testing (UT): Identify internal defects ≥ 0.8mm
Radiographic testing (RT): Accordance with ASTM E1742 standards
Penetrating testing (PT): Meet ASME Section VIII requirements
