Manufacturing Excellence: Seamless & Welded Gr5 Titanium Tubing
TSM uses premium VIM-VAR (vacuum arc remelted) billet to produce gr5 titanium tube with consistent alpha-beta microstructure. Our cold pilgering process ensures tight wall concentricity (±5%) and excellent surface finish. For large-diameter thin-wall requirements, we supply welded and drawn 6al-4v titanium tubing that meets ASTM B861. Every batch undergoes solution annealing and pickling to eliminate alpha case.
